Dance
Dance is now growing and expanding in the Gate House. Historically, local dance studios have used the theatre to perform their year-end shows. In 2017, we even had a youth dance company, Dancestreams, from down island perform. We are very excited about this new chapter of dance for the theatre. BC Movement Arts Society is bringing up professional contemporary dance to the North Island.
Upcoming dance performances
March 24
Company 605 is a Vancouver-based contemporary dance company that has performed internationally. Opening the show will be local singer/songwriter Emma Garriott.

Josh Martin performs his award-winning solo Leftovers. Lisa Gelley and Martin perform Albatross, created by Brussels-based German Jauregui in collaboration with the artists.
This will be a show that you don't want to miss!
